Benefit gig for Hospice in The Weald
U-Turn were involved again with a benefit gig for the Hospice in The Weald, again organised by the Hawkhurst Bowls Club. We formed up with Neil, Tim, Del and Chris H for some U-Turn numbers and finished with some Rock n’ Roll with John Grant joining us in a reprise of our Twin Town Rock n’ Roll gig there a few years earlier.
Also playing were Guitar Jools, Rupert Lovell and Debbie Hinman with some jazz. All in all it was a really fun night and the audience enjoyed themselves taking to the dance floor as they do. We made a good total for The Hospice in the Weald too.
